Chris Latimer
President & Chief Operating Officer

Chris Latimer serves as the President and Chief Operating Officer of IncomeNonStop Asset Management. Chris's  responsibilities include overseeing sales, client service, operations, portfolio implementation, technology, finance, compliance and performance reporting. Prior to joining the firm, Chris was a Managing Director/Principal at Bear Stearns Asset Management (BSAM) where he was responsible for the Third-party Platform business. Having joined BSAM along with Thomas Baxter in 2001, Chris grew Platform assets from $500 million to over $25 billion during his tenure. Prior to joining BSAM, he was a Vice President and National Sales Manager for Mutual Funds and Separate Accounts with Netfolio, Inc., formerly known as Thomas Baxter Capital Management. From 1994 to 1997, he was a Marketing Manager specializing in retirement plans for Merrill Lynch & Co. He joined Merrill Lynch as a member of the JET program in 1994. Chris holds a B.A. in Advertising from Texas Tech University. Chris is a Past President of the Texas Tech Alumni Association National Board, a member of Young Presidents Organization (YPO)



Thomas Baxter
Investment Manager

Thomas Baxter has more than 25 years experience of Private Client investment management having started his career in 1980 in the Treasury department of a large Canadian investment bank based in London. He joined the UK Stockbroking community in 1983 and held a number of positions before becoming Director in charge of a national stockbroker's office. During his time there Thomas was a member of the firm's Regional Investment Committee with specific responsibility for collectives. Thomas  joined BRI from a midland based investment group where he was the Head of Trading. Thomas  is a member of the Securities Institute and holds the Investment Management Certificate



Jim McCaffrey
Managing Director, Director of Institutional Sales & Client Service

Jim  McCaffrey is the Director of Institutional Sales & Client Service at OSAM. Prior to joining the firm, Jim spent eight years at LSV Asset Management as the Director of Marketing and Client Relations. At LSV, he led the firm's sales effort in Canada, worked closely with U.S. Taft-Hartley clients and managed the firm's marketing support team. Between 1996 and 1999, Jim was a Marketing Director with Calport Asset Management, a quantitative investment firm headed by economist, Dr. Arthur B. Laffer. Early in his career, Jim worked as a reporter/analyst on a financial newswire focusing on mergers and acquisitions. Jim graduated in 1988 from State University of New York at Oswego with a B.S. in Business Administration.
